It’s been a long time since I’ve cooked anything labor intensive and this felt so cathartic. Pumpkin and goat cheese filled tortellinis in a brown butter/sage/walnut sauce (m’y first pasta from scratch) with miso roasted carrots/parsnips and a massaged lemon kale salad (not pictured). All finished with smoked flaky sea salt!
